A study in directional force and structural deviation.
STRATA II — Diagonal Shear introduces the second condition within the series.
A diagonal fracture cuts across the composition — not as movement, but as a controlled shift in structural alignment.
Form is governed by direction rather than symmetry.
Light travels along an angled axis.
Structure is displaced without collapse.
There is no narrative.
No symbolic intent.
Only material behaviour.
The composition remains restrained, architectural, and tension-driven — defined by a single diagonal force.
Part of the STRATA sequence, this work functions as the transitional condition — redirecting vertical pressure into horizontal stabilisation.
